Never received

Ordered and paid for 2 shirts - was informed later I'd be receiving this one but the other was out of stock and I'd get a refund. I ended up receiving the one I was told was out of stock and never received this one. Sent an email to customer service to try and figure out what happened because I really wanted this shirt and their site still shows availability in the size I ordered, but I haven't heard back in 2 weeks. I've been frustrated several times when ordering FloGrown products online so in the future I'll probably stick to just buying them when I see them in a store - which is unfortunate because my family really likes these shirts and not all stores have all the product offerings.
