MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The FLOGROWN mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by FLOGROWN LLC (“FLOGROWN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).

We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.

1. Program Description

By consenting to FLOGROWN’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of FLOGROWN through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

These messages may include:

  • promotional offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns,

  • updates about your orders or account,

  • abandoned cart reminders, and

  • other transactional or service-related notifications.

Participation in this program is voluntary, and your consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Cost and Frequency

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your plan and applicable fees.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time.

To unsubscribe, text STOP to +1 (833) 686-1983 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message.
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

If you have subscribed to multiple FLOGROWN message programs, you must opt out separately from each program.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change at any time.

If you change your mobile number, you must re-subscribe with your new number.

6. Privacy

We value your privacy. Your SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide this Service (e.g., message delivery providers).

7. Changes to the Service

We may update or terminate this Service at any time, and we may change the phone number or short code used to send messages. We’ll notify you of any major changes where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLOGROWN and its affiliates will not be liable for any delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of messages, or for any errors in the information contained in messages.

9. Governing Law

These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
