I tried to buy this shirt. I tried to use some of the 672 points that I have. I was unable to use points. What good are the points? I removed the items from my potential purchase and backed out. I went back in because I had noticed the potential of writing a review. So here's my review. Can't use points, can't make a purchase. What good are they?

Colors great. Material is not cheap and thick or thin and expensive passed off as "comfort". I love that the design is on the front. I know Flo's style is back of shirts, but I try to snag the one with designs on the front.

I placed an order for a hat in late June. On July 2, I contacted the company after receiving a delivery notification, even though the hat had not actually arrived. Since then, we’ve exchanged several emails, and each time I’ve been told they are still looking into the matter. As of July 15, I still have not received my order or a resolution. While they have responded to my emails, the issue remains unresolved after several weeks. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company until they improve their order fulfillment and customer service.
The shirt arrived dirty and the quality Of the image was terrible. Look like a second grader made it. They gave me the option to return it but it was so bad I wouldn't go through the hassle because I don't even trust them for a refund. That's how awful the product was.
Love the hat. Please offer more designs in "dad" hats though.
Medium shirt was a bit big. They immediately sent the smaller size with a return label. Great product and efficient company. Will definitely order again.

That's hats is good. Only complaint is the color green on the hat is way brighter in person then the picture leads on. Two entirely different greens! Not sure if I hit a bad batch or what but definitely not the green from the picture
