I reached out to customer service because they sent me an adult large instead of a youth large (the invoice and packing slip clearly show a youth large was ordered). I was told that I would either get a refund or they would send me the youth large. I was pleased with the call; however, I still have not received a refund or the youth size? This was supposed to be a Christmas present.
