Christmas Flamingos Women's Long Sleeve

I am 5’3” 105 lbs and ordered a small. Too small a fit for me. Definitely runs small and should size up

I received the Christmas Flamingos women's long sleeved shirt in my size and found the shirt far too small for the sizing, with thin and substandard material. Four emails to the customer service email listed on the website for assistance in exchanging the shirt were never answered. A phone call for customer service was met with an enthusiastic promise to email the required return label, which was never received. I finally drove to the warehouse and called the customer service representative from the parking lot, asking for assistance. The representative met me in the parking lot and said their inventory of Christmas Flaminos shirt was out of stock and she didn't know when more would be available. I handed her the shirt and requested a refund. Poor customer service and a disappointing product have generated a lost customer.

I love Flogrown shirts! I have several and my husband does too. I have been struggling on what size to order as the ones ordered a few years ago, small,
ran a bit small for me. I wear a small most often unless the item runs small then a medium. Last year, I ordered this same shirt in a large due to what I just said. It was way too big so this year, I ordered a medium and it's still to large! I need a small but would not have known this unless I had ordered the medium to find out! My other favorite is the light green one with the flamingo and the martini glass ;)
