Too Big

Seems to be a problem I don’t normally order from your online website. I get them at Dick’s Sporting Goods or Bass Pro. If I don’t try to shirt on, I’m doomed.. Three of the eight I got from you or too big it says XL but they’re bigger than that. What can we do about it?
