Unhappy Florida man
Delayed delivery

I placed my order on 12/20, which according to the website, was sufficient time to receive by Christmas. Since I live in central Florida I thought 5 days was enough time. Unfortunately, the USPS sent my package to Orlando, Arizona, Texas, back to Orlando and finally to me. I finally received my package on 12/31..11 days later. The original expected delivery date I got was 12/28. When I saw my package was in Arizona on 12/28 I emailed Flo grown, only to receive auto generated message that they were out of office until Monday 12/30. I understand the shipping was not their fault, but the poor customer service with an auto generated email was within their control. Rather than return it, I gave it as a late Christmas gift.

Sorry to hear that your package was delayed! We did have some issues with USPS unfortunately around Christmas time and several of the packages we sent out had issues. They were all shipped on time to be delivered by Christmas, but unfortunately USPS had held packages at their facilities and weren't updating tracking for a lot of our shipments. If you'd like to make a return or exchange please just email us at info@flogrown.com and we will get the process started for you.

As for the email, we are closed on weekends so we cannot respond outside of regular business hours!
