I love the shirt and quality, as always Flogrown has great quality shirts! My son is a 2xl and this runs small. however, Does not fit him around his shoulder and arms. Which bums me out

I have been trying to contact customer service due to the misfit of the shirt. I am hoping for a replacement or exchange for a bigger size. The shirt seems to run tight around the forearms. We are not sure if it's an error in production of the specific shirt I received or if this is how the shirts were designed to fit. My husband has broad shoulders and a belly and the shirt fits well in these areas, with the exception of his forearms and wrists. Please contact me so we may discuss. I sent an email but have not received response and there are 2 numbers found on google search but I did not leave a message as the voice mail greeting did not specify Flogrown. I am rwaponding in the comment in hopes to receive help bc I am not sure how else to. Overall, the material and design images are satisfactory.
