Customer service is terrible

This shirt was part of my order. Took forever to ship the rest of the order and then I get an email saying Refund Notification. The email gave no indication as to why, just that it was refunded. If it is out of stock why not contact me to see if I want to pick a different one? I would have but now if I order something else I will have to pay shipping when I had enough in my previous order not to. I will purchase elsewhere because of this. Terrible communication and customer service is very lacking!!
