Upon ordering I received the wrong item, design & size. I sent an email right away and they apologized, and agreed they would send out the correct item in hopes it would get here before Christmas as it was a gift. It didn’t arrive on time, but once it did (12/29) it had extra goodies with a hand written note apologizing. I will admit I was upset not having them for the holiday. But they definitely made up for the inconvenience. Thank you!
